ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer)

physical and chemical properties of ABS:

ABS is synthesized from three chemical units of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene copolymer, and each monomer has different characteristics; Acrylonitrile has high strength, thermal stability and chemical stability; Butadiene has toughness and impact resistance; Styrene is easy to process, high gloss and high strength. In terms of morphology, ABS is an amorphous material. Many users believe that the prototype made of PC material can achieve the strength characteristics of injection molded ABS parts, and its heat resistance is 125 ℃
